IC or Profile Photo: Each session takes approximately 30 minutes, which includes photography, editing, and printing of the photos. Hair and Makeup: The hair and makeup session takes approximately 1.5 hours.

We understand that delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, we offer a 10-minute grace period during which we can still take and edit your photo. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late, a late payment charge of $15 will apply, and the photographer will edit your photo on another day. Please note that this will not include a one-to-one editing session, and the edited photo will be emailed to you within 7 working days. If you anticipate being late, we prefer that you notify us in advance via WhatsApp or email. Depending on our schedule, we may be able to reschedule your appointment on the same day if additional time is available.

The package for IC or Profile photo includes one edited photo. You may choose to purchase an additional edited photo for $35. Please discuss this option with your photographer on the day of your session. Note that processing an additional photo may take up to one extra week to complete. Do note that these additional edited photo are only for the same backdrop colour and outfit. Different backdrop colours and outfits will go at the orignal rate.

No, we edit your photos minimally to comply with the ICA regulations for IC photos. Your country may also have specific rules that we need to follow. If you are taking an IC photo for personal use, such as for a staff pass, we can edit it according to your preferences.

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at the moment, as our studio is currently only equipped to accommodate single-person photography sessions.
